Do you know the relationship between our body and mind? Where is the origin of the power that keeps us alive? Without it, the body is a dead body. Where does this energy go?
When it comes to painting a picture about them, most people fall behind. In addition to the scientific and technological advances we have made, we have ample evidence that our mental health is deteriorating.
The reason is that most people do not know how to brain work. This is my main point in trying to help you understand my mental understanding. You don't have to believe me, but please try to challenge it in your mind and see if what I am writing makes sense.
There is more wisdom in the workplace than we think. When we look at our body, we think that it is our brain where all the light is. This is because the brain is the part of the body that we use to think and understand.
If we can't use our brains for some reason, we will be paralyzed. The brain protects us from the elements and helps us to avoid any danger when it threatens us. Without the mind, we would not exist, and we would not be able to understand our world and our mind. Life is hard when we can't use our brains.
In this way, the brain plays an important role in our perception of truth. This is the organ we use to understand our brain. It is an organ that helps us understand reality. It can be addictive if we don't use it properly.
This is the organ that the brain uses to express our abilities and personality. Without the brain, all brain functions are lost. What is the brain now? As I can see, the brain is the (current) source of energy that keeps us alive.
For convenience, we can divide it into two parts, knowing and not fainting. But really, we have a sense of humour. The NEP or ego works on a known part of the brain. This is the axis of our desire to live on this planet. It is a place and owns it and wants to control everything. It builds on knowledge and experience in life so that it can become a well-defined and faith-based centre.
It wants to live forever and is connected to time. It has the power to deceive. We have to identify ourselves to explain the truth to ourselves. We also need a brain to improve our ego. Without ego, we cannot work alone.
The brain allows the ego to acquire the knowledge and consciousness that is the property of the brain. So one can see how deeply connected the brain and the ego are.
Consciously, however, our brain is also connected to the brain. It controls all the important functions and systems of our body, such as the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc. Humans value the conscious mind and rarely understand how the ego affects the conscious mind. He does.
The subconscious mind makes us happy or sad, depending on how we use it. It does not have the power to create a difference. Such as right or wrong. Whatever we do in life, we always try to satisfy our physical minds. For example, when we pray to God or any other creature, we try to satisfy our curiosity.
When we play music, dance, sing, we do the same. Piano keys are words we use to make a particular sound. Depending on how we use the words, we can play happy songs or sad songs. So shouldn't we try to understand how our unconscious brain works?
When we look at our body, intelligence goes from the centre (brain) to the surface of every cell. Yes, there is something remarkable at the cellular level. Every cell in our body is programmed to function and adapt. Skin cells know how to protect us from the outside world, lung cells can take oxygen in the air, kidney cells can clean our blood, digestive system cells can digest food and so on.
Everything is under control. Even our immune system, which includes medical treatment, can be subconsciously controlled. The conscious mind, in which the ego operates, has very little control but indirectly affects all these areas. So it would be foolish for us to ignore the need of the mind and then ignore it. Still, that's what we're doing today.
Now, what occurs when we do some loss to our brain? Someone can get a stroke or a head injury without falling. Someone may have a degenerative disease such as Alzheimer's or motor neurone disease.
We may lose consciousness, lose memory, or be paralyzed, etc. When this happens, our self-confidence or independence will not work properly. We will feel paralyzed. When a person dies with a brain, the conscious or self-conscious brain cannot function at all.
However, the unconscious mind can continue to do important work, and man can survive. When we shut down the health support system, the body dies because the brain is separated from the body. Yes, our brains are like computer programs. If it crashes for any reason, the software (brain) will crash.
Dr Stephen Hawkins is a great example of a brain stuck in a disabled body. He was a British scientist who had been suffering from motor neurone disease for 55 years, affecting only the motor parts of his brain.
Because other parts of the brain are not affected, the ego (conscious mind) can function normally. That is, he was able to think and argue. Thus, it is clear that certain areas of our brain are involved in maintaining our consciousness and consciousness, as long as the ego cannot function.
In Brisbane Courier-Mail Queensland Magazine, 24/4/2021, there was a story about three adults, aged 20, 21 and 22, who died in their sleep from different backgrounds.
He fell asleep and could not get up. He contracted epilepsy and died of SUDEP (sudden death from epilepsy). This catastrophe shows that damage to the brain can damage it, and our lives can be in danger.
Our mental and physical health depends not only on our brain-building self-confidence but also on understanding how our brain works. We must learn how the ego affects the unconscious mind. We should understand how our thoughts affect our thinking and how our thoughts affect our actions.
Our vision of time is that we have made us the protector of time. We are trapped in this web of time and constantly moving between the past, present and future. But the great truth is that there is no such thing as time.
There is an eternal dimension around us. It is as real as the length of our creation. The only thing that separates the two is our imagination. Everyone experiences a never-ending rate from time to time when the viewer's mind and what he sees become a habit. But since Anna is thinking and afraid to disappear prematurely, she is unaware of it.
To realize eternal greatness, one has to go to the top of a mountain or forest away from any structure. The natural pull here is so powerful that it is easy to see the tendency of the beholder in your mind and what you see becomes one.
But anyone can find you anywhere. When that happens, you know we have the same meaning. Your mind wanders forever in this state, and you are fully aware of your inner and outer world. Anna is there, and you don't pass.
You will feel that you are not separate but the same. You will feel that you are also a part of this eternal dimension. No thinking, just awareness. But once Anna uses the words to describe what you saw, she will return to our usual place.
From the above observation, one can see that we have only one brain, and the ego is not all brains. Without a healthy mind, the ego cannot function effectively. The brain allows the ego to think and think. The mind allows us to understand reality. The ego connects itself to time without realizing that it is part of an eternal process.
The ego that makes the world of escape today. The more one tries to run away from the truth, the farther one is from the truth. It confuses our thinking, and we will have many mental health problems.
Therefore, it is time for us to better understand our self-esteem and know our thoughts and ideas. We must use our brains to understand the eternal greatness and eliminate the fear of death before our brains separate from the body.
